Fanbase announce partnership with Chester Football Club!
We are delighted to announce the launch of our latest partnership with Chester as they focus on Fan Engagement going forward!
By choosing Fanbase, the fan-owned club in the National League North is offering their fans a brand new streamlined digital experience, introducing a whole host of new features including a digital wallet, exclusive content and the ability to easily purchase tickets and hospitality packages for fixtures and events within seconds.
Fanbase is set to elevate the fan experience, making interacting with the club easier for fans whilst streamlining operations for the club.
Chester will have the ability to view fan data insights and communicate with fans by sending an integrated push notification - all at the click of a button. Doing so not only gives the club another channel to communicate with fans but also ensures that fans receive pertinent information.
All of this helps Chester achieve their objective of sustainable growth and saves a considerable amount of time in their busy day-to-day.

For 2024/25, we will be selling Season Tickets as ‘digital-first’ which will hugely benefit our supporter base but also how we operate as a club – as well as aiding us in working towards our net-zero target. This is the start of an exciting new era for our ticketing at Chester FC, and I’d like to say a big thank you to Jerome McCarthy and the whole Fanbase team for their work so far, and look forward to seeing what we can achieve together in the future!
