Fanbase partners with the Scottish Ice Hockey League to support upcoming playoffs!

We are delighted to announce the launch of our digital partnership with the Scottish Ice Hockey League as we initially focus on the playoffs taking place at the Murrayfield Ice Arena in April!

By partnering with Fanbase the SIHA has been able to sell digital tickets for both individual sessions and the full weekend completely online. The combination of digital tickets and the ability to scan from any mobile device makes the whole weekend extremely simple to run from a logistical perspective.

Using Fanbase also means the league can start to build an understanding of who attended these events, giving them the opportunity to easily target those who have opted into marketing with information about future events taking place.

Fanbase CEO Alasdair Crawley commented “We have seen first-hand the success that the Capitals have had using all aspects of the Fanbase platform throughout the season and we’re delighted to be working with the Scottish Ice Hockey League to continue their growth. It is going to be a special weekend at the Murrayfield Ice Arena, celebrating the return of ice hockey to Edinburgh and we can’t wait to head along!”

With just six points separating the top four teams and just a handful of games to go it really is going to go down to the wire. Tickets are on sale for all sessions through Fanbase at the links below now.
