Refunding a ticket order is a simple process using Fanbase. All you have to do is contact your club and give them the relevant information about the ticket you would like refunded and they can process the transaction for you.
As long as you provide them with the type of ticket, for which game and what your name and email is, your club admin will be able to refund your order instantly.
An email confirmation will act as a receipt for this refund, so keep an eye out in your inbox!

If you are having problems logging into your Fanbase account as a result of your email, there are a couple things which could be causing this problem.
Firstly, when you are typing your email in, make sure that there are no spaces before or after on the email line. These spaces contribute to your email log in and will subsequently affect your ability to log in to your account.

Are you looking to find your teams season tickets? No worries! Just follow the outlined steps below to find you teams season tickets.
Step 1 - Sign up to Fanbase via the ‘Sign up’ bottom. You will be asked for your name, email, address and phone number.
Step 2 - Once logged in, you will see a list of our clubs. Scroll down until you find your clubs name and then click join!
Step 3 - Once on your club’s Fanbase page, click ‘Schedule’ (found along the bottom)
Step 4 - Click ‘Purchase Season Tickets’ to scroll through your club’s different season ticket options!

Your tickets can be found in two places.
Firstly, all purchases come with a confirmation email - sort of like a digital receipt. In this email, you will be able to find the QR code of the ticket, which you can use on entry to get into the stadium.
Secondly, if you have a Fanbase account, your tickets will be stored on the ‘Wallet’ page of your Fanbase app. This is found by clicking ‘Wallet’ on the bottom of the Fanbase app. Your Fanbase wallet will store all your tickets, both past and present.

To find fixture lists, follow the steps below to see when your team is playing and where!
Step 1 - Sign up to Fanbase via the ‘Sign up’ bottom. You will be asked for your name, email, address and phone number.
Step 2 - Once logged in, you will see a list of our clubs. Scroll down until you find your clubs name and then click join!
Step 3 - Once on your club’s Fanbase page, click ‘Schedule’ (found along the bottom)
Step 4 - You will then be able to scroll through your club’s different fixtures and events and buy tickets if they have been put on sale.

We have a really simple process to help you reset your password and get back into your Fanbase account.
First of all, when on the log in page, click the underlined ‘Forgotten your password’ link below the log in button. This will then ask for your email, so that we can send you an email link.
This email link will then ask you to change your password, and once you have done this your password will have been changed and you can re-enter your Fanbase account with your new password!

Signing up to your team is easy, and it allows you access to all your teams content and products that they offer through Fanbase.
Step 1 - Find Fanbase either on our website [https://app.fanbaseclub.com](https://app.fanbaseclub.com/) or download the Fanbase app onto your mobile:

Step 2 - Sign up to Fanbase via the ‘Sign up’ bottom. You will be asked for your name, email, address and phone number.
Step 3 - You will then come across a list of clubs. Scroll until you find your club, and then click the plus icon to join.
Step 4 - You will have the option to opt in to enabling notifications from your club, which you can choose either yes or no by clicking either Opt in or Skip.

Your ticket is the QR code that is sent to you via email (if you have a season ticket you will not be able to find your ticket within your email).
You will also be able to find your QR code in the wallet section of the app (make sure you are logged in) and this can be added to your apple/google wallet from here.

If you are wanting to change your season ticket seat please contact your club who will pass this onto us. Please include your email address, current seat and new seat in your message.

To change your ticket type please contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund your order so that you can repurchase with the type you would like. (Pending club approval)

Once you get through to the order summary screen just before you make your payment you will be presented with the option to enter a promo code.
If there is a problem with the promo code please check with your club that you have the correct one, if the problem persists please contact us at [email protected].

You can find a list of fixtures on the schedule page of the app.
The next fixture however will be on the homepage with a button to buy tickets when the tickets are available.

Unfortunately, sharing tickets within Fanbase is not possible. You can however share via your devices wallet.
1. Add the ticket to your apple/google wallet.
2. On the top right click on the i button.
3. On the top right again, select on the share icon (should look like a box with an upward arrow)
4. Then share the ticket via text, Whatsapp, Instagram etc.

Once you purchase there will be an option to add it to your apple wallet, you can also do this through your email.
Click on this, and it will automatically add your ticket to your apple wallet.
You can also add tickets to your apple wallet from the Fanbase wallet, by clicking the same button when viewing the specific ticket you want to add.

Guest Checkout allows you to view and purchase products on Fanbase without having to create an account.
When clicking on the app or website, you will be able to click ‘Continue as Guest’.
When checking out, you will then be asked to input your email and consent to our Terms and Conditions. The tickets will then be sent to whichever email you used at the checkout section
