Fanbase approached us ahead of the biggest game in our history where we were expecting double our previous record attendance and they helped us every step of the way to ensure a smooth operation leading up to, and during, the matchday.
Fanbase enabled us to get digital tickets set up in a matter of hours and, on the day, we got everyone into the ground 10x more efficiently which reduced the stress levels of the matchday team. Most importantly it meant our card machine, usually used for gate receipts, was free to take orders in the bar, ensuring we maximised matchday revenue.
