Fans now have access to a new upgraded digital experience that integrates content, ticketing, and more into a single platform accessible via web, mobile, and tablet. With Fanbase, buying tickets is faster and easier than ever and allows fans to store their tickets in their Fanbase account or their Apple or Google Wallets, ensuring instant access on match day.
This new partnership allows the club to grow its marketing database and gain deeper insights into its Fanbase. Then, by leveraging multi-channel communications the club can engage with their fans more effectively through channels like integrated push notifications, improving both their experience and engagement.
Adopting Fanbase will also offer significant commercial benefits to the club, from the expected increase in ticket sales by elevating the experience for fans on match days and throughout the week.
