Fanbase continue digital partnership with Hibs Women
After a successful first season together we are delighted to announce that Hibs Women will work with Fanbase for the upcoming 22-23 SWPL campaign.
Fans will have access to Hibs branded digital ticketing & season cards, exclusive content, hospitality bookings and more through the Hibs Women section of the Fanbase app as they officially become part of Hibernian FC and move to Meadowbank as part of a new relationship with Fanbase partners FC Edinburgh.
Using Fanbase has already helped the club build an extensive marketing database that can be easily accessed and utilised. The fact all of the features are available through Fanbase not only improves the fan experience but saves staff time usually spent sorting data into a manageable list for communications.
Fanbase CEO Ali Crawley commented “Data is a key pillar of Hibernian FC’s strategy and that will be our focus from a Hibs Women’s standpoint. We are delighted to progress our partnership with Hibs for the 22/23 season focussing on growing the Hibs Women Fanbase in their new home at Meadowbank Stadium. Last season we were lucky enough to experience both the Edinburgh derbies at Easter Road and Tynecastle which were huge success stories for both teams and we can’t wait to play our part in growing the women’s game and breaking more records with Hibernian FC.“
Chris Gaunt, Hibernian Finance Director added “We broke the domestic record for attendance last year at Easter Road. So we know there are fans out there wanting to see the team we are building. Moreover, we expect even more enthusiasm with the exciting move to Meadowbank. Partnering with Fanbase gives us the best opportunity to reach out to these fans, and easily allow people every opportunity to take in a game. Speaking to Ali about the partnership, got us even more excited about different ways we can offer fans a chance to see as many games as possible!”
