Sirens focus on fan engagement with Fanbase

Today we launch with Netball Superleague side Strathclyde Sirens. The innovative team pushing womens’ sport forward in Scotland and across the UK

Fans of the Sirens now have access to digital season tickets, match & event tickets and content within Fanbase on Apple/Android devices, on the Sirens website and in person - removing the need for multiple logins and poor UX when fans are engaging with the club.

Meanwhile, from a club perspective members of staff have a centralised tool that helps reduce the workload and stress through the automation of the above features.. Giving fans globally, access to all these features at the tap of a button from the home screen. From a club perspective members of staff now have a tool that helps reduce the workload and stress through the automation of season/match tickets and hospitality. Commercially the team can now take advantage of fan and hospitality data to uncover who is coming through the turnstile and provide a great service, as well as capitalising on revenue growth opportunities.

Fanbase CEO, Alasdair Crawley commented  “ Sport, now more than ever, is a place where culture, music and fashion collide on and off the court. This is where Sirens are playing and it’s where we see the market going. Our software is purposefully built to enable teams, like Sirens, reach their potential across engagement and commercial goals utilising one powerful tool. I can’t wait to see this partnership evolve.”

Netball Scotland and Strathclyde Sirens Membership & Ticketing Manager, Gill Porter commented “We’re delighted to be working with Fanbase and are receiving fantastic feedback from some of our #Sirenstribe members who are already utilising the platform for their season tickets and single match tickets. We always want to be ahead of the game in digital advancements and working with Fanbase allows us the perfect combination of growing our fan engagement both in person at Sirens home games and digitally via the app, whilst still maintaining the customer and fan focussed approach that we’re known for at Sirens”
