Questions

What athletics departments ask us

See everything Fanbase does on the platform pages, or book a demo.

How quickly can we go live?

As fast as you need us to. We've onboarded programmes within 24 hours. If you need a seat map built and season ticket data migrated, we'll have everything done within two weeks.

Can our existing fan data come across?

Yes. We take your season ticket holders, upload them into Fanbase and make sure they have a smooth onboarding to claim their seat.

Can we offer free or discounted student tickets?

Yes. There are a number of ways to do it, including private links just for students.

Can each sport have its own page?

Yes. Each sport can have its own page within Fanbase, or every sport can run under one account. It's up to you.

Do fans need to download an app?

No. Fans buy in a fast web checkout and get their tickets in Apple or Google Wallet. A branded app is there if you want one, or fans can use the Fanbase app.

Who owns our fan data?

You do. Your school owns the data of every fan who opts in to your programme, and it's easy to export whenever you need it.

How does pricing work?

There is no set-up fee and no monthly fee. You pay one Fanbase transaction fee that falls as your sales grow, plus a discounted Stripe rate.

See it with your school's branding.

Tell us your school and we'll set up a short call with our team. We'll show you Fanbase working for a programme like yours and bring your rate.
