How quickly does it take to get set up?

The sensible answer is two weeks to set up the account, build a seat map (if required) and transfer across season ticket data. In reality, we can move a lot quicker if we need to.

Can Fanbase fit into my existing tech stack?

Yes, Fanbase is set up to work alongside and power your existing tech stack. Let’s chat to understand more and share how this would work in practice.

How quickly can I receive a payout?

We use Stripe to facilitate online payments. Stripe pays out revenue 72 hours after the payments is made so you can receive it as quickly as that.

Can I customise the platform to fit our team’s brand?

Yes. We set up your account with your name, logo and club colours. Then you are free to add imagery, placements and sponsors.
