How quickly does it take to get set up?

You give us the go-ahead. We set up the account the same day. You can be selling tickets the next day.

How quickly can I receive a payout?

We use Stripe to facilitate online payments. Stripe pays out revenue 72 hours after the payments is made so you can receive it as quickly as that.

Can I customise the platform to fit our team’s brand?

Yes. We set up your account with your name, logo and club colours. Then you are free to add imagery, placements and sponsors.

Is Fanbase only for larger clubs, or can smaller teams use it too?
