Fanbase Announcement

Fanbase is delighted to announce a long-term extension to its partnership with Chester FC, with Fanbase continuing as the Club’s Official Ticketing and Fan Engagement Partner until 2030.
The renewal builds on a strong relationship between Fanbase and Chester FC, one that has helped modernise the Club’s ticketing operation and create a more seamless digital experience for supporters.
Through the Fanbase platform, Chester FC supporters can purchase match tickets, manage CFU Memberships and engage with the Club through a more connected digital journey. For the Club, the platform provides valuable insight into supporter behaviour, helping Chester communicate more effectively and continue improving the matchday experience.
As part of the extended agreement, Fanbase has also strengthened its commitment to Chester FC by becoming the Club’s Official Teamsheet Sponsor for the next four seasons, with Fanbase branding featuring on all matchday teamsheets until the end of the 2029/30 campaign.
Albert Davies, General Manager at Chester FC, said:
“We are absolutely delighted to be extending our partnership with Fanbase through to 2030.
“Over the last few years we’ve built a strong working relationship and the platform has become an integral part of how we sell tickets and communicate with our supporters.
“It’s great to have another key partner secured for the long term, with Fanbase continuing to grow as an increasingly significant player within the football landscape – especially with their recent appointment as the National League’s Official Ticketing Partner.
“Their additional commitment as our Official Teamsheet Sponsor demonstrates the confidence they have in the partnership and the direction we’re heading as a football club.
“We’ve had some exciting conversations about what’s possible over the next few years, and we’re looking forward to working together to continue improving the experience for our supporters.”
Jerome McCarthy, Head of Growth at Fanbase, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to be extending our partnership with Chester FC through to 2030.
“Chester have been a fantastic club to work with over the past few years. They’re ambitious, forward-thinking and always looking for new ways to improve the experience they deliver for supporters. That mindset has made them an ideal partner for Fanbase.
“We’ve achieved a lot together already, but it feels like we’re only just getting started. We’re excited to continue building on those foundations, helping the club better understand and engage with its supporters while supporting its ambitions on and off the pitch for many years to come.”
As Fanbase continues to work with ambitious clubs across the UK, the focus remains on building long-term partnerships that improve ticketing, strengthen supporter engagement and create better experiences for fans.
