Fanbase is pleased to announce a new partnership with Hashtag United, who join the platform ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Operating at the intersection of sport, entertainment and digital culture, Hashtag United have built one of the most recognisable and engaged fanbases in non-league football. Through a combination of on-pitch progression and digital storytelling, the club has grown from a social-first team into a competitive force within the English football pyramid, reaching millions of supporters across YouTube and social media.

As that audience continues to grow, the focus is now on turning engagement into a more connected and sustainable supporter journey.

Fanbase will support Hashtag United across ticketing, communication and fan engagement, bringing together the club’s digital audience and matchday experience into a single, unified platform. The result is a clearer pathway from content to conversion, enabling the club to better understand, engage and deliver value to its supporters.

Ali, Co-Founder of Fanbase, said:

“Hashtag United have ripped up the rule book of running a football club and in doing so have rightly challenged the status quo.

Storytelling is something all sports teams need to really harness and Hashtag United have achieved this time and time again. Now clicking this together with great value propositions and a growth engine signals where they’re going next. We’re thrilled the guys have selected Fanbase to power the growth engine behind their amazing story telling.”

Joe Gorman, Hashtag United CEO, said:

"Hashtag United has always been about doing things differently, building a club that connects with people in a way that feels fresh, relevant and real. Partnering with Fanbase as our first ever Official Ticketing Partner gives us another way to bring that to life, making the journey from content to matchday even smoother for our supporters. This is a really exciting step for where we’re taking the club next, evolving the fan experience both online and in person and we cannot wait to start working with Fanbase to bring this to life."
