Fanbase Announcement

Today we announce our partnership with St Johnstone FC, as the club prepares for its return to the Scottish Premiership.
This marks an important step forward for Fanbase, with yet another partnership with a club competing at the top level of Scottish football and continuing our expansion across the professional game.
St Johnstone is a club with a clear identity and a strong connection to its supporters. As they return to the top flight, the focus is not just on performance on the pitch, but on building the infrastructure that supports long-term growth off it.
Through this partnership, Fanbase will work closely with the club to deliver a unified ticketing and fan experience, including the rollout of a St Johnstone-specific app. This will bring ticketing, memberships, hospitality, content and engagement into a single, club-controlled platform, giving all supporters a seamless way to interact with the club throughout the season whether digitally or analog.
The move reflects a broader shift in how clubs at this level are approaching supporter engagement, moving beyond standalone systems towards a more unified digital experience.
Alasdair Crawley, Co-Founder of Fanbase, said:
“We’re absolutely delighted to be partnering with St Johnstone at such an exciting moment for the club. A return to the Premiership brings new expectations, not just on the pitch, but in how the club connects with its supporters.
From the very beginning, there has been a clear alignment around what this partnership can become. This isn’t about incremental change, it’s about putting the right foundations in place for the long term.
The opportunity to deliver a fully integrated, club-specific platform is a big step, and we’re excited to work closely with everyone at St Johnstone to build something that genuinely enhances the supporter experience and supports the club’s ambitions going forward.”
St Johnstone CEO, Francis Smith, said: “We wanted to give supporters a platform that is fit for the future and, the minute I spoke to Alasdair Crawley from Fanbase, we knew this was the right journey to go on.
“Fanbase offers a flexible, user-friendly platform that will make it easier than ever for fans to purchase tickets, manage their accounts and stay connected with the club.
“This new partnership also gives us better tools and insight to understand and serve our supporters more effectively. We’re excited to be working with Fanbase and look forward to seeing the benefits.”
